How to return
Open the order, choose the pieces and tell us why. Guests can start a return with their order number and email.
Unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging if you still have it. Print the prepaid label or show the QR code at the counter.
Any NZ Post outlet or the Queen Street store. Black members can book a free collection from home.
We check it within two business days of arrival, then refund to the original payment method. You will get an email at each step.
Choose “exchange” when you start a return and pick the new size or colour. We reserve it straight away and send it as soon as your return is scanned by NZ Post, so you are not waiting for it to reach us.
Exchanges are free for everyone, once per order. If the new piece costs more, we will charge the difference; if it costs less, we refund it.
